When will my order be shipped?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 working days of purchase.


Which shipping ways do you offer for the order?

Normally goods will be shipped via express such as the DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS.

 For large quantity, we also can ship the goods via air/train/by Sea.


When do I expect to receive my order?

Well, that depends on the shipping ways. By express such as DHL/TNT  /FedEx/UPS, it will take 5-7 working days. By Train or Sea, it will take 20-35   working days to arrive.

Many countries have taken steps in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that impacts their operations and customer service. Delays in package deliveries are common because of flight reductions, cancellations, staff reductions, government measures and other disruptions in workplaces and daily lives.


Does the price include the Customs Costs?

These customs fees are not included in your order.Delkon assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on your parcel. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the import country. Duties will be determined by the import country upon receive of your order based on the product value.

All fees must be paid by the customers.


Where my order will be shipped from?

When put order with Delkon, you will receive a confirmation email.

For US/UK orders, they will be shipped directly from our US/UK warehouse if we have stock. For orders from other countries, they will be shipped from our Chinese factory or warehouse.

Once it is shipped, you will be emailed a shipping notification with a tracking number.


The tracking information is not valid.What happened?

Please try to track your order after 1 or 2 business days to get your package status.

How should we do if the package get damaged?

Most we pack your package with corner protectors outside of the cartons. But it might be get damaged during the shipment. If you have got the goods which are bendable, pls send us pictures via email info@delkonled.com.

We will arrange to refund or arrange to ship you some new ones for replacements.

How should we do if not get the accessories such as end caps and clips?

There are some items which only have end caps, and some other items which will also have the suspension wires for installing. Our standard offer is 2pcs end caps and 2 pcs clips for each one meter aluminum profiles for most of the models.

For extra end caps, clips, suspension wires will need to buy separately.

Can I cancel my order?

We accepy order cancellation before the products are shipped pr produced.You will get a full refuns if the order is cancelled.We can not cancel the order if the products have been shipped out already.
